YES. Although we do urge you to carefully consider our size charts on all products before purchasing. In the event your item doesn’t fit, you are welcome to exchange for a different size or store credit granted you contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Do you cover the cost of postage on my exchange?
NO. Any cost of postage for exchanges will be covered by you the customer. Additionally, items must be returned unworn with tags attached inclusive of all packaging the item was sent out in.
When am I entitled to a refund?
Refunds will only be offered in the event of clear manufacturer defects granted you contact us within 14 days of purchase date. We do not accept refunds for change of mind.
Where do you ship and how long will it take?

How do I know what size to go for?
Most of our clothing is of a SLIGHTLY oversized fit. If you want an oversized look, order true to size. For a more fitted look, consider choosing a size down from your regular. We have size charts on each product so we urge you to carefully consider these before your purchases.
Headwear is all One Size Fits Most.
What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept a wide array of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, American Express etc plus you can checkout securely using your Shop account.
Do you accept Afterpay/Klarna?
NO. We have consciously decided not to accept any third party ‘pay later’ methods. We don’t want to encourage reckless spending in a world already full of over consumption.
Where are your garments made?
We are proud to be transparent about our manufacturing sources.
We proudly partner with multiple suppliers in different districts of China. We work with different suppliers for different garments I.e our headwear is made in a different facility to our outerwear.
We encourage you to be open minded about production in China and to suppress the idea that China is a negative source for garment manufacturing.
We only partner with suppliers that have been independently audited in relation to working hours, conditions and pay.
We also only partner with suppliers that use sustainable fabric and manufacturing techniques.
Our suppliers have some of the most advanced apparel production abilities and our fabric swatches they send to us feature some of the biggest high end and high street designers.
I am a Model/UGC/Content creator, do you do collabs?
YES. We love working with fresh talent and are always looking to source engaging creators for future campaigns and in some cases, gifted collabs.
Our gifted collaborations work on a ‘product in return for post’ basis. We don’t do paid collabs and are very selective about who we work with. If you think you suit the brand, send us a DM @conditionedgoodsau or shoot us an email conditionedgoodsau@gmail.com
